How to reset your Okta password

Resetting your Okta password is simple. 

  1. First, make sure you have Okta Verify set up on your mobile device. If you don’t, you will have to reach out to TechOps via Slack (if you have access) or email

  2. If you do have Okta Verify, enter your Octopus email on the Okta sign in page
     

     

  3. Click Forgot Password
     

     

  4. Verify with Okta Verify on your phone
     

     

  5. Now, enter your new password 🤘
