How to request a 1Password recovery

If you’ve got a new laptop, or reset Chrome cookies, you might need to request a 1Password recovery. Just message TechOps on Slack and they’ll sort it for you. 🤝

If you cannot access Slack, or your work computer, you can email the team at techops-help@octopusenergy.group from your personal email address and they will advise you.
