Octopus's standard onboarding process includes a right to work and criminal record check to protect their customers through a platform called Zinc. Depending on what role you’re going to be doing, we have different levels of checks that need to be completed. Some of these are for roles regulated by organisations like the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
