My computer was lost or stolen. What should I do?

If your computer gets lost or stolen, don’t panic - it happens! Notify your manager or email TechOps immediately at techops-help@octopusenergy.group and they’ll remotely wipe it, and sort you out with a new one.

Hopefully you will have everything backed up, so you’ll be back up and running in no time!
